Throughout the year, HSforBC hosts a variety of unique fundraising events that provide needed financial assistance to achieve our mission of animal welfare, rescue and education in Boone County, Indiana. Your support and participation makes a critical difference in the success of our mission.
 
We invite you to join us at our signature events throughout the year, to celebrate our successes and support our organization’s work in rescuing and placing the homeless dogs and cats in their furever homes.

Adoption Events

The Humane Society for Boone County partners with our local pet stores and other local retail supporters to create off-site adoption events for the community. Join us throughout the year for opportunities to meet some of our adorable and adoptable dogs, puppies, cats and kittens.

Community Events

The Humane Society for Boone County participates in many local events and festivals. We enjoy bringing our adoptable dogs and cats, and our youth spin-the-wheel question and answer game to the public. These events are great opportunities to share educational information and meet new friends.
