Thank you for your interest in our Board of Directors. The core mission of the Humane Society for Boone County has focused on caring for and protecting animals throughout Boone County—with the support of incredible animal welfare and community event volunteers. We’ve been building a Boone County legacy that will be here for generations to come.

With our shelter completed and our work established, it’s time to move HSforBC into our future! We are seeking experienced, skilled, mission-passionate folks ready to join us in navigating a new phase of organizational leadership and growth.

If you’ve previously considered HSforBC board membership, please note that moving forward, board members will focus exclusively on legal, ethical and financial oversight of HSforBC.
